YOGA RETREATS

Ibiza is one of her great loves and I could see this in each part of this retreat, from the delicious freshly prepared foods, the variety of dynamic yoga flows, each day with a different theme and flow linking beautifully into the next, the evening out at the hippie markets, to the likeminded, kind, loving women who attended.

Each of these things were a part of Pips heart that she intentionally shared with each of us, designing the week and intentions around exactly what each of us needed, and this is all before her amazing masterclasses and ritual evenings.

The group of ladies I got to connect with bonded so tightly; it was as if time was going so slow, so many activities to fill the soul - we merged into sisterhood within a day.

The yoga was a beautiful way to wake up with the sunshine and followed by a yummy breakfast to kick start the day - just what was needed. The location was secluded and peaceful.

Would highly recommend this retreat to anyone looking to deepen their relationship with themselves and to be open to the idea of connecting to like minded souls.

She gives you just what you need- by learning insights about yourself through her various rituals and teachings as well as fostering beautiful connections with likeminded people. The yoga classes are the perfect balance of pushing what you think you can do, but in a fun and supportive way. Pip brings such fun and a light-heartedness to teaching, whilst maintaining integrity to the yoga philosophy and principles which are woven into every part of the retreat.

If you are thinking about going on one of Pip’s retreats do it- you will love it!

It had so much - amazing yoga, beautiful surroundings, liberating energy practices, healing, fun, new experiences, quiet and still times, emotional connection where lasting friendships were formed and deep self investigation where personal transformation was possible.

But nothing could prepare us for the magic that unfolded. Practicing together in a sacred space the feminine energy flowed strongly between all of us connecting us in a beautiful synergy. We all had our own journeys to explore. Pip lead us through movement and awesome music as we reconnected with our bodies. We shared mealtimes together and the food was incredible. Healthy & delicious. We all left feeling lifted, grateful and very very happy we invested some time in ourselves. Many thanks to pip the owners and the chefs that made our yoga retreat an incredible experience.
